MacCloud (hereinafter referred to as "we") providesExclusive physical Mac Mini rental, supporting network and remote access capabilities, as well as websites, consoles and related interfaces (collectively, the "Services"). This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information when using the service.

If you only browse public pages without logging in, we may still collectLimited technical information(such as device type, browser identifier, access times and general region) for security and statistical analysis.
Depending on the features you use, we may process the following categories of information:
- Account and identity:Email addresses, account identifiers, passwords protected by hashing and other irreversible methods; records generated by sending verification codes when registering or logging in (such as time, result status).
- Order and rental configuration:Metadata related to the selected model and billing cycle (by day/week/month/quarter, etc.), optional expansion (such as SSD), parallel (Thunderbolt) and other add-ons, data center region (such as Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Western United States, etc.), order status and activation progress.
- Payment related information:Order amount, payment status, transaction serial number, etc.;Sensitive payment credentials such as complete bank card numbers are processed by third-party payment services, we only receive the minimum information required for payment results and reconciliation.
- Connection and technical support:Connection information that needs to be presented or recorded in the system to provide remote access capabilities such as SSH/VNC (used by you under the premise of security); you useWork order systemOr the content and attachments submitted by email.
- Service and log data:Access IP, request logs, error and performance diagnostic information, anti-fraud and security alert-related data.
- Communication Preferences:The service notifications you choose to receive (such as renewal reminders, maintenance announcements) and unsubscription records.
We use information on a legal basis to:
- Create and maintain accounts and complete identity verification (including email verification code, password login, etc.);
- Process orders, confirm payment, activate and deliver rental resources, andNot logged in to place an orderWait for the process to complete the association with your account and follow-up services;

Your leased instance and associated metadata may be deployed in a data center in the region of your choice. For the purpose of operating the website, processing payments, customer support and backup, information may also be stored between us and our trustees.Overseas jurisdictionstransfer between systems. We will manage such transfers using contractual and appropriate security measures (e.g., encrypted transmissions, access controls) and put in place additional mechanisms when required by applicable law.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including transport layer encryption (such as TLS), strict access controls, one-way protection of credentials such as passwords, and continuous monitoring of our infrastructure. The rental equipment isExclusive physical machine, the disk space related to your business is not shared with other tenants under normal circumstances.
Please understand that no network environment can guarantee absolute security. If an event occurs that may affect your rights and interests, we will promptly notify you and report to the competent authority when conditions are met in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws.
We use cookies and similar technologies to stay logged in, remember language or interface preferences, measure traffic and conversions, and protect against automated abuse. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may cause login, checkout, or console functionality to malfunction.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may request:
- access a copy of the personal information we hold about you;

Services are primarily for adults. If you are under 18 years old, please use it with the consent and guidance of your guardian. If we discover that personal information from a minor has been collected without appropriate consent, we will delete or anonymize it as soon as possible.

We are committed to providing highly available infrastructure. Unless scheduled maintenance or force majeure, we target monthlyNot less than 99.9%Network and power availability (measured at the data center level, excluding software failures within your instance). The MacCloud brand, website, console interface, documentation and underlying platform code are owned by us or our licensors. The data and applications you upload, install or generate belong to you; you grant us a license to process such data to the extent necessary to provide and improve the Services.
Except for warranties which may not be excluded by law, the Services are"Current situation" and "availability"supply. We do not guarantee that instances will be uninterrupted, fully meet your specific business goals, and we are not responsible for third-party software, dependencies you installed yourself, or the state of the Internet in general.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages (including profits, loss of data, business interruption). We will not be responsible for any damages you may incur as a result of this service.Cumulative liability, before the dispute occursThe total amount of fees you have actually paid for relevant services within twelve (12) months is capped.。
You can stop using the service at any time; for subscriptions, please cancel the renewal before the next deduction date. We may do so when you violate these terms, fail to pay when due, or if there is a security risk.Suspend or terminateServe.If the service is terminated due to any reason or you unilaterally stop using it, the price paid will not be refunded in principle.(Except otherwise mandatory provisions of applicable laws and regulations).
