Work orders can be aligned with account, order, and device information to avoid repeated identity checks, and the processing process can be tracked.
How to submit a ticket
After logging in, enter the "Work Order System" in the sidebar of the console, select the type and describe the problem; you can optionally associate the current instance to facilitate engineers to quickly locate it.

Log in to your MacCloud account Use the same email address for ordering and console; if you have not registered yet, you can register for free first.

Open the "Work Order System" Enter the work order panel in the sidebar of the console and click Submit a new work order.

Fill in type and details Please explain technical, billing, business, etc. in the work order; you can upload screenshots or paste error messages.
The link will open the console and try to go directly to the ticket panel (you need to be logged in).
